 Equipment Inspection History/Inventory

-All Medical Equipment will be assigned a unique ID# and entered into your own electronic database.

            -An Electronic Document will be created and the annual inspection data is entered.                   

 (Data can be entered into our history even if ProMed did not perform your previous inspections)

• Equipment Inspection

-All Medical Equipment will have a Performance and Safety Inspection performed.

• Electric Outlet Inspection and History

-Electric Outlets in Patient and Cleaning areas will be tested for proper grounding and tension.

• Inspection Stickers

-Inspection Sticker with the Equipment ID#, Date of Inspection, and Technician ID will be affixed to all Medical Equipment, which pass inspection.

-Inspection Sticker will be placed on all Outlets, which pass inspection.

• Certificates and Logs

          Inspection Certificate is provided for display in your waiting room.

   In-Service and Certificate (AED, UPS, Disinfection, Sterilization)

              Logs for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Required Checks. (AED, UPS, Lights, etc..)
